Why are you cheaper than App Store?
App Store and Google Play take a 30% commission on every in-app purchase. We sell Stars directly via Fragment.com — Telegram's official platform — without that commission. So App Store charges ~2.60 ₽ per Star while we charge from 1.54 ₽.
Does the price change with exchange rates?
No. Retail price in rubles is fixed. Price changes only when we manually update it after public announcement in the bot.
What payment methods are accepted?
Three options:
- SBP via YuKassa — all RF banks, no fees
- RF Card via YuKassa — Visa, Mastercard, MIR
- TON via CryptoBot — for crypto users
How long does delivery take?
30–60 seconds after payment confirmation. Sometimes the TON network is slower — up to 2–3 minutes. If it takes more than 5 minutes, tap "Check payment" or contact support.
Can I buy Stars for someone else?
No. Fragment.com only allows credits to the @username that's logged into the bot. This is a technical limitation we cannot bypass.
What if Stars don't arrive?
If payment went through but Stars haven't arrived in 5 minutes — tap "Check payment" again, or wait for automatic refund. If status stays "Pending" longer than 30 minutes — contact support.
Is it safe to buy Stars via this bot?
Yes. The bot never asks for your password, SMS codes, or account access — only your @username. All payments use licensed systems (YuKassa, CryptoBot). Stars are credited via the official Fragment.com API.
What's the minimum order?
50 Stars (80 ₽). It's a Fragment.com restriction — you can't credit less.
What's the maximum order?
10,000 Stars per order. Need more? Place several orders or contact support — we'll handle it manually at the same price.
Can I get a refund?
If Stars weren't delivered due to technical issues — yes, automatic refund to your card via YuKassa within 1–10 business days. If Stars were delivered to the specified @username — refund isn't possible (Stars can't be reversed by Fragment).
